Reprint and Refund Policy
At Mountain Canvas, we're all about creating quality artwork and we take great pride in ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any issues with your canvas, don't worry, we've got you covered.
If you find any manufacturing defect in the printing such as a loose or wavy canvas, bubbles, scratches or damage of any kind, just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll gladly assist you with a reprint or refund.
Drop us an email at sales@mountaincanvas.ca, and include the following details:
- Your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
- Give us the details on the issues with your canvas. Please try to be as descriptive as you can.
- Take photos of the canvas: the full front, the full back, and focusing on any damages or defects.
- Let us know if you'd prefer a replacement canvas or a refund.
We will respond to your email within one working day and provide you with further information.
If a refund is in order, this usually takes around 7 business days and will be issued to the card you used to make payment.
Our goal is to ensure that you have a Mountain Canvas that you are excited to hang on your wall and show off to all your friends!
Returns and Exchanges
We do not keep any stock on hand, as all artwork is printed at the time of order. This means we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a manufacturing issue with your canvas.
If we do mutually agree to a return or exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the products to British Columbia, Canada, in their original condition.
