Reprint and Refund Policy

At Mountain Canvas, we take great pride in our artwork and want you to be excited to hang it on your wall. Because all of our artwork is printed on-demand at the time of order, we do not hold inventory. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot accept general returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Canvases

If your canvas arrives with a manufacturing defect (such as a loose/wavy canvas, bubbles, or scratches) or incurs shipment damage of any kind, we will gladly expedite a free reprint.

Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing sales@mountaincanvas.ca with the following:

1. Your Order Number and the email address used to place the order.
2. A Description of the issue or damage.
3. Photos of the Canvas: Please include one clear photo of the full front, one of the full back, and close-ups focusing on the specific damage.
4. A Photo of the Shipping Label (if still available).

We will respond to your email within 1 working day with next steps.

Case-by-Case Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with your canvas for reasons other than defects (e.g., ordering the wrong size), please contact us to discuss your situation. We review these requests strictly on a case-by-case basis.

If we mutually agree to an exception and authorize a return, please note:

• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the product to British Columbia, Canada, in its original, undamaged condition. (Note: Cross-border return freight can be expensive).
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original card used for payment and typically appear within 7 business days.
