Mountain Canvas is a small business operating out of beautiful British Columbia in Canada. We are located in Whistler and have called this amazing town home since 2011. We are passionate about all things mountain related, and also the technology of generative art. Mountain Canvas is the love child of these passions.
We understand that this technology and approach raises questions and considerations for traditional artists, and we acknowledge and respect their craft. If you love mountains and mountain sports, you probably live in a mountain town, and we all know that this lifestyle isn't exactly cheap. Not everyone can afford the cost of high end art, so rather than having to buy a cookie cutter print from a department store, our approach at Mountain Canvas allows us to offer original pieces at affordable prices. We can help get beautiful, mountain inspired art on the walls of everyone, regardless of budget constraints. This approach allows us to provide an extensive and diverse range of styles to suite everyone's taste.
As a small local business, we don't have the means to manage our own print facility. We rely on a trusted Canadian partner to bring our canvases to life. They are part of a global network with a production facility in India, where your items are printed and shipped directly to you. This partnership is key to our mission: it allows us to maintain high quality standards while keeping our prices affordable for mountain lovers on any budget.
